Delivery, Returns, Cancellations, Reschedules & Membership Policy

This policy applies to all physical products, digital products, event bookings, sessions, classes, and memberships offered by The Confi Group, including ConfiDance, ConfiDential, and ConfiDant.
1. Delivery
Studio Collection
You may choose to collect your purchase from our studio location, free of charge.
Studio collection is available during your booked session time only. To ensure your order is ready, purchases must be made at least 5 hours prior to the start time of your booked session.
Orders placed after the cut-off may not be available for same-day collection.
UK Delivery
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days of purchase.
For made-to-order items, please allow 7–14 working days for dispatch and delivery.
Digital Products
Digital products (such as downloads, eBooks, or ticket confirmations) will be delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate upon successful payment but may take up to 1 hour. If not received, please check your spam or promotions folder and contact us if needed.
2. Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order and photos of the issue.
3. Cancellations
Bookings & Events
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
If The Confi Group has to cancel a class, session, or event, you will be offered either:

A full refund

An alternative date or credit option
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, or low attendance) and will provide notice as soon as possible.
Product Orders
All sales are final, we do not accept cancellations once a product order (digital or physical) has been placed.
4. Reschedules
You may reschedule a booking (such as a class, workshop, coaching session, or event) by providing at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the start time.

Each booking is entitled to one reschedule, subject to availability.

Missed sessions or requests made after the 48-hour window will not be rescheduled or refunded.
5. Memberships
Memberships & Packages
Memberships or prepaid block bookings are non-refundable and valid only during the period specified at purchase.
Sessions missed within a membership term cannot be carried over unless otherwise stated or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Plan Memberships
Your membership renews automatically each month for a minimum term of 3 months, billed in monthly instalments.
To avoid renewal beyond the 3-month period, you must submit your cancellation request at least 14 days before the end of your current billing month.

Cancellation requests submitted after this deadline will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.

All payments are non-refundable, including those already processed at the time of cancellation.

Upon cancellation, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your paid term.
