ConfiDance (Weekly classes, Workshops, Private Sessions)

Q: I’ve never danced before. Can I still join?
Absolutely! ConfiDance is for all levels — no previous experience needed. Our sessions are designed to build confidence, not just choreography.

​

Q: What should I wear to a dance class or event?
Wear whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable.

  • For heels classes, the dress code is black attire. Dance heels that provide ankle support or boots are recommended but not required — trainers are totally welcome!
     

  • For commercial classes, there’s no dress code. Just wear sturdy trainers or dance sneakers.
     

Q: Can I book a private session?
Yes! ConfiDance offers private 1:1 or 1:2 confidence-building dance sessions. Drop us a message or visit our Private Session page to check availability (with discounts available for block bookings).

Q: Do I have to be a member?
Nope! You can pay as you go, or choose a discounted membership to get the most out of your ConfiDance experience and save money too.
For new starters, we recommend our Newbie Starter Pack Plan — confidence is a process, and this gives you time to settle in, find your rhythm, and feel the difference.

Q: Will I be photographed or filmed during class or events?
We capture photos or videos for promotional use — but participation is always optional. If you’d prefer not to be featured, just let us know before the session, and we’ll make sure you’re not included in any footage.


 

ConfiDential (Retreats, Walks, Circles & Events)

Q: What kind of events does ConfiDential host?
From women’s wellness retreats and creative workshops to walking groups and sisterhood circles — ConfiDential is all about connection, creativity, and community.

Q: Can I come to a retreat or event alone?
Yes! Many of our guests attend solo — it’s a safe, welcoming space to meet like-minded women and reconnect with yourself.

​

Q: Are your walks suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our SoleSisters walks vary in intensity and are often low to moderate. We’ll always note the level of the walk on the event page.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad?
Some events are weather-dependent. If we have to cancel or reschedule due to extreme conditions, you’ll be offered a new date or a refund.

 

ConfiDant (Therapeutic Coaching Sessions, NLP & IEMT)
 

Q: What kind of coaching do you offer at ConfiDant?
We offer therapeutic coaching designed to help women shift limiting beliefs, process emotional blocks, and build unshakeable self-confidence. This may include a blend of techniques such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy), mindset coaching, and other personal development tools tailored to your unique journey.

Q: Who is ConfiDant coaching for?
Our coaching is for women who are ready to take control of their mindset, boost their confidence, and explore their personal power. Whether you're navigating change, feeling stuck, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself — ConfiDant can support you.

Q: How do I book a session?
You can book coaching sessions via our website, sessions are available in person (with discounts available for block bookings).

​

Q: Can I cancel or get a refund on coaching sessions?
All bookings are final and non-refundable. However, we understand life happens — you can reschedule your session with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

General / Shop / Memberships

​

Q: How do I receive digital products?
Your digital download link will be sent to your email immediately after purchase. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.

​

Q: How long does delivery take for physical products?
We offer free UK delivery and aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days. For made-to-order items, please allow 7–14 working days.

​

Q: Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. Studio collection is available during your booked session time if you order at least 5 hours prior to your class.

 

Q: What is your return policy?
All sales are final unless your item is faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe your product is defective.

​

Q: How do memberships work?
Our Plan Memberships run for a 3-month minimum term, renewing automatically each month. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 14 days before your current term ends. Membership payments are non-refundable.
